Vibrating Memory is developed by Olivier Deschamps, president of Cybenergie and an IT consultant for over 25 years. This isn't an academic research project or a corporate product demo — it's the memory architecture actually running, day to day, a personal project-management assistant that tracks about fifty active files across several clients.

This site documents the system as it's built: what works, what's still open, what changed along the way. The goal isn't to claim a theoretical breakthrough — the literature on LLM agent memory (MemGPT, Mem0, and others) is already an active research field. The goal is to show, with dates and verifiable detail, that a complete, working memory architecture can be built by one person, without heavy infrastructure, using tools accessible to pretty much anyone.

What the name covers

"Vibrating Memory" refers to the whole system: the factual cards that accumulate over time, and a more experimental layer of instant perceptions — sensory and temporal — replaced on every read rather than accumulated. It's this second layer, documented since August 26, 2026, that gives the project its name.
